We closed on our first home today after exactly 10 days!!
We were already in contract with a different lender for 2 weeks before reaching out to Nhan when we needed a second option in case something happened. Despite the fact that we might end up staying with the original lender, Nhan got to work immediately on a Friday night and was able to let us know our options. I had a horrible experience with Wells Fargo for the pre-approval, underwriting, lender. But my life has changed since I found FIRST STOP MORTGAGE.

FIRST STOP MORTGAGE was referred by a friend who worked with the company before and had a smooth transaction so I didn't need to shop around a lot and was confident to get my application approved after the first evaluation.

My mortgage application is more complicated than normal, but Nhan - the entrepreneur and owner of the company - solved any problems or issues that we faced during the process. Our loan processer Leon Thai followed through with this case. He checked every step along the way to make sure that I didn't miss anything. He's a great contact between the client and lender to update any progress. Our mortgage loan has been approved on time even though there's ton of work in the process.
